Get a 5 quart jug of havoline.... its a great oil, and cheap, get a wix (napa gold) or purolator oil filter (don't use fram, faulty engineering, cheaply made and overpriced) drain the oil into the proper oil drain pan (8-9 bucks) and take the oil filter out and drain it in the pan, wait till the oil has stopped dripping, install the drain plug!!! and install the filter (fill it up with oil first) and oil the gasket, put this on hand tight, tight but not too tight. Now fill the engine with oil, one way to do it is fill, then check until its to the full mark on the dipstick.
