i was just wondering how much it would cost for a saabs oil change. i know saabs are expensiver to fix then a lot of other cars so i was just wondering how much a normal oil change would cost, thanks!!!How much does it cost for a typical oil change for a saab?Older Saab uses regular type oil such as Castrol. About $35.

Newer Saab, 1998 on, needs Mobil 1 motor oil and it will be about $60.

You can use regular oil for the newer saab but not advisable.

Saab's' are known for sludge issues and synthetic helps prevent that. Make sure to change your oil every 4,000 miles too. Don't run it forever or you'll end up with major problems! How much does it cost for a typical oil change for a saab?My Saab oil change is about 55-60$. I don't recommend taking it to a run of the mill quick change place. Take it to a shop that specializes in Saab. (I recommend doing this for all things concerning your Saab.) Use the oil your manual tells you to use. DO NOT USE FULL SYNTHETIC. They will have what you need. I change my oil every 4000 miles and follow the guidelines listed in the manual. This car will last you forever if you treat it right. I mean it IS a Saab, right. :)
