Do you really need experience to work at a oil change job at 18 years old?

I heard you dont need experiance and they train you,but then i hear you need to have exprience which makes no sense if they train you,well can anyone tell me what you need in order to work at a oil change place,and how much is it an hour for a 18 year old.





Oh and and how much does WAL-MART pay an hour for stocking shelves and i heard it's a 3rd shift job which makes it more comfortableDo you really need experience to work at a oil change job at 18 years old?I can not tell you first hand but I would not imagine that an oil change shop would require experience. They probably would start you out at minimum wage. They only way to know for sure would be to fill out an application %26amp; talk to the manager. I would imagine WalMart would be much the same, although they may have an online source that shows job opportunities available, starting pay, %26amp; benefits.
